MITOS RED Premium

DESCRIPTION:

These varieties are separately vinified in medimum-short fermentation, at a standard temperature of around 25-26ºC, and then blended together after the fining process for a final short ageing in oak that will round up this wine with great elegance and full respect.

AGEING
3-4 months in selected French and American oak barrels.
A few months of ageing in bottle is necessary

GRAPE VARIETIES:

50% Tempranillo, 30% Cabernet Sauvignong and 20% Merlot
