1. Conditions of Purchase and Sale

BODEGAS MITOS SA reserves the right to unilaterally modify the prices of the products without prior notice.

In the event that a product is not available in stock, or in suppliers,BODEGAS MITOS SA will propose to the customer its replacement by another item of similar price and characteristics or the refund of its amount.

If the delay in delivery is attributable to BODEGAS MITOS SA and exceeds 45 business days, we will proceed, upon written request of the customer, to the full refund of the amount prepaid for the merchandise whose delivery has been delayed. Likewise, BODEGAS MITOS SA will not be responsible for any loss of profits or consequential damages, direct or indirect, and its maximum liability in any case will be the value of the merchandise.

2. Purchase or acquisition process.
